What follows is exactly what this website does with your data: no more and no less. The text has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

Who processes the data
The page was built and is run by the web studio WEBISS. The application emails go to the company Laenuguru OÜ: they arrive in its mailbox contact@laenuguru.ee.
What the form collects
Only the fields you see: name, phone, email, the amount and period you want, the collateral type, its location and estimated value, and an optional message. The form accepts nothing else: an application carrying an unknown field is rejected rather than quietly accepted.
What we never ask for
We do not ask for your national identity code (isikukood), income certificates or bank statements through a web form. If someone asks for them in this page's name, it is not us.
What the data is used for
Only to deliver your application by email. The data is not sold, traded or passed on for other purposes. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making here.
Where the data goes and what stays in the logs
We keep no database of our own: an application lives only in an email that stays in the company's mailbox. The email is sent through the company's mail server (SMTP), and the page itself runs on Vercel hosting. Plainly: the contact details from your application travel through the host's server and may remain in its logs, whose content and retention are set by the host, not by us. The page also keeps the request's IP address in memory for a short while so that the same form cannot be submitted over and over; it disappears when the server restarts and reaches no database.
Cookies and analytics
We set no cookies, and there is no analytics or third-party script on the page, which is why there is no consent banner. If analytics is ever added, a banner will be added with it.
Your rights
You may ask what data of yours we hold, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. As the data lives in a single email, deleting it means deleting that email. Write to us and we will. A complaint can be filed with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
